Its APRIL FOOL’S!
WAE LIVE FROM KINGS WAY HALL PROMO
On the 31st of March we played kings way hall- a few guys who have a passion for live music named Creative Event Productions are trying to push local live music (hats off to them!) So we went down and played a show for them.
The venue is big! the sound was big and the on stage crew were organised and quick to help with kit on and off stage and line checks.
The video above was filmed by http://www.facebook.com/jonwalleruk check him out Big thanks to him for this 1!
Its a fairly new night and I hope it really kicks off for them! WAE would love to play again at this venue.
Next up WAE @ VBar
thanks to

for this gig…
We enjoyed this gig a lot! Playing alongside crazy cats @Dingkhan & new guys @deadendliars
V Bar is small but that did not put people off!
Its not ideal playing on top of a drum kit because at the end of the set scrap that the first song you are left with smashed to bits ear holes! haha that’s what its all about! More people came through the door as we were playing and they were welcomed by a WAE wall of sound! ( you are welcome)
finishing the gig with no more to give we ended on a new ‘heavy skank’ riff that will be in one of the 2 new songs we have on the way!
We have a few festivals coming up but WAE are always Looking for more Festivals to play! I personally love them,, hanging as a band and surrounded by beer BBQ’s & loads of other top musicians is always a laugh! any recommendations do comment or drop band@weareembassy.com an email!
Think that’s it for now Many thanks!

A Witch is a Witch is born!
Well, it’s been quite the 3 months for us, and if I’m totally honest, I’m glad it’s over as it’s been draining! We have been gigging alongside writing a new song (currently untitled) and recording our new release “A Witch is a Witch”. I’m pleased to say the song has been fully mixed, and now mastered, and ready to upload onto iTunes for download at the end of March! Can’t wait for people to hear it, as it really has been an intense process writing what I think is the best yet for WAE….but I suppose you will be the judge of that
The gigs at Witham, Chelmsford, London, and Colchester have been great these past 6 weeks, playing with some great guys including 99p Machine, and Station who were top lads and superb bands.
So, one more thing before I hit the sack….we’ve been flying around with our pals at Runaway Ducks for a video to support the release of AWIAW…be sure to keep your eyes peeled as we expect this to be ready at the latest by mid-April. Check out Dan and Brett at www.runawayducks.com or FB/Twitter them up for media and sound engineer work
Until the next time (with another member of WAE!), peace.

Like a Bull in a China Shop
On Saturday 25th Feb WAE took to the stage at the Soundhouse in Colchester. It was a cracking night and the guys had a
top gig. The newly refurbished Soundhouse played host to 3 top bands on the night as well as a host of locals who came down for a night on intense and some would say a handful of the finest local music.
A massive thanks to Essex Rocks (following them @essexrocks) for putting the show on… and Jon Cook for creating a massive yet perfect sound down there.
With banging sets for Radiation and Station, WAE took to the stage at 22:45 and just simply turned it one louder.
Many thanks for all those that came down, as well as all those demanding an encore at the end
it truly was a fun night had by all, looking forward to the next WAE show this Friday at the Spring Lodge in Witham… if you are about, see you then!
